Let's make things simple. Shipping for all orders is a flat rate fee of $6.95. We currently ship throughout the United States, from our business HQ in New Jersey. Items are usually processed and dropped in the mail within 1-3 business days, and typically require 1-8 business days for transit via USPS or UPS.
In-store Pickup
At That’s My Collectible, we’re happy to offer Free In-Store Pickup for all online orders. How It Works Place your order online and select In-Store Pickup at checkout. Your item(s) will be ready for pickup within 1 hour during our open store hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email or text when your order is ready.
Pickup Hours
Orders are only available for pickup during store hours: Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Orders placed outside of store hours will be ready within 1 hour of opening on the next business day. What to Bring Please bring: A copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital) A valid photo ID that matches the name on the order Notes We’ll hold your order for 7 days after purchase. If items are not picked up by then, they may be returned to inventory and refunded. For large or special orders, please contact us in advance to arrange pickup.
